EXPO AT BARNEGAT LIBRARY

Barnegat -- The Barnegat Branch of the Ocean County Library will host more than 20 county government agencies at one time on Ocean County Day, Monday, Oct. 27 from Noon to 4 pm.

Most folks first think of our service agencies, such Senior Services, Veterans’ Affairs, the Health Department, Human Services and Consumer Affairs, but there are others involving education, recreation, safety, transportation, and recycling and more. We invite the residents of the county to attend this free event and learn about what is available.”

Pneu/Flu shots will be available from 1:30 pm - 3:30 pm for $20 with eligible senior citizens being able to bill Medicare Part B. For those under 65 years of age, a doctor’s certificate is necessary to have a pneumonia shot. For information, call 732-341-9700, ext. 7502.
