THE WINNING GRADE – Jacqueline LeRiche’s fourth grade class at Silver Bay Elementary School was recognized for their
winning effort in naming Ocean County’s fourth pumpout boat. The winning name “Water Warrior” was created by the
students and picked by a panel of judges from Ocean County and Seaside Park from 14 entries all from the Silver Bay
