FREEHOLDERS GET THE SCOOP ON ICE-CREAM CONTEST WINNER

BERKELEY TOWNSHIP - Ocean County Freeholder Director Joseph H. Vicari presents a proclamation to Sprinkle Shack
owner Keri Byrnes honoring her two award-winning ice creams judged best in the state. For the first time in
the 6-year history of the NJ State Ice Cream Festival in Downtown Toms River, one ice-cream parlor won both
the coveted People’s Choice Award and the Special Judges Panel Award during the July 19th festival.

at the Sprinkle Shack in Berkeley Township. For the first time in the 6-year history of the NJ State ice
